A soft-launch within private networks allowed us to gauge market interest, leading to swift adjustments in our projected pricing as a response to the positive reception.

The journey from listing to closing unfolded seamlessly as our property hit the market, making waves without missing a beat. Listed at a competitive $999,000 across MLS, key website affiliates, and our meticulously crafted custom-tailored website, the unveiling drew attention far and wide. A Broker Open, complete with a catered lunch, provided an exclusive early look, attended by at least a dozen agents and buyers who left with nothing but rave reviews. The momentum carried into our public Open Houses, attracting over 40 attendees in just two days. The overwhelming response prompted us to print more brochures, and we curated the experience with local favorites—West Medford Square's Magnificent Muffin and Medford Square's Donuts With A Difference—adding a warm, cozy touch to elevate the home's appeal. The excitement peaked with multiple offers, totaling an impressive five. Among them, three exceeded the asking price, one matched it, and one came in slightly below.
