Ilya and Kimberly are the absolute best. I was the executor for an estate of an ill relative who was a massive hoarder and whose house required tremendous repairs to make saleable. Kimberly and Ilya managed the entire project providing me with multiple names for each job necessary. If that was not enough the house became an FHA deal and that required extra work. They communicated regularly, acted in my behalf and not the behalf of their wallets. I have bought and sold a great many homes and have never dealt with anyone better than them.
